All parts are guaranteed to function and perform for their intended use. Products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects. If parts are found to be defective resulting from workmanship issues, Elaire Corporation will replace the parts at no additional cost.
Return Policy
- Shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the return was due to an error on our part.
- No products may be returned after 60 days
- If the product was damaged in transit to you REFUSE IT and call us.
- Refunds will not be issue if the items are returned in less than new condition. All returned items will be subjected to inspection to verify the defect.
- If a product is returned after 30 days a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
- Shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the return was due to an error on our part.
We suggest that you use a shipping service that provides tracking.
We are not responsible for returns that do not arrive back.
